Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
I connect my ipod nano to the first time on my pc (on itune) , but it didn't SYNC ON IT.it still write on the ipod SYNC IN PROGRESS but it take a lot oftime
Try and format the iPod using Windows Explorer BEFORE running iTunes.
Sometimes a Windows format will resolve a corruption issue with the
hard drive. Please realize that you will lose all of your data when you
do this, but it may resolve your issue.
The other option is to get us your unit for our FREE Diagnostic Testing. We will inspect the unit on our test bench, provide you with a repair estimate as well as a recycle price in which case we would buy your broken iPod from you for recycling.
