  1. Log into the web configuration of your router at http://my.router, or the default address The Enter Network Password login prompt appears.

  2. Type the following text in the user name and password fields: "admin".

  3. Go to the Basic Settings menu option tab on the top navigation bar and wait for the menu to appear.

  4. Click the Wireless Security menu option in the drop down menu.

Under this, you might be protected by either WEP or WPA security. Now you will be able to see your password.

Where is the network security key

The network security key is set by the user when the home network is setup. It prevents people from stealing your wireless signal. If you have forgot it, or didn't set it up but it still is asking for one, you can unplug and hit the reset button on your router and delete the home network you have on your main computer. From there, just run the network setup wizard from the main pc and set your network security key to something you can remember as well as write it down. Then you should be set to add any other pc to your home network as long as when you try to connect, you put the correct key in.

How can I find the pin# for my D-Link Di 614+ wireless router?

Are you trying to connect to the wireless network on the windows VISTA / 7 computer?
Sometimes it willl ask you for PIN number. you don't need to enter the PIN number.
On the same page you will get the option, I don't want to configure, i want to enter the key.
click on it and it will go to the next step. if you network is secured then it will ask you for the network key.
Enter the key and it will connect you to the network.
If you are trying to add any other wireless device in the network then try to bypass this step and connect to the network manually.
