Why is the D3 light blinking blue?

The D3 light on your car is likely the "diagnostic" or "service" indicator light. When this light is blinking blue, it typically indicates a problem with the car's diagnostic system. The problem could be with the car's emissions control system, engine control system, or another electronic system.
It is important to have a professional diagnose this issue as it could be caused by multiple other issues and a proper diagnosis is needed to find the root cause and prevent further damage to your vehicle.
Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
  1. Check the owner's manual for the specific meaning of the D3 light blinking blue, as it might have a different meaning depending on the make and model of your car.
  2. Check the gas cap, make sure it is tight and properly sealed. A loose gas cap can cause the light to come on.
  3. Try to reset the light by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes, this can clear any stored codes and turn off the light.
  4. If the light is still on after trying the above steps, it is best to take your car to a professional mechanic or dealership service department for further diagnosis and repair.

My PT-50LC13's LAMP and TEMP light blinks 4 times and POWER light blinks 8 times continuously with 2 second intervals. I replace TY-LA1000 and FBL12G12L2CS Fan, but didn't fix the problem. Can anyone tell...

Listen carefully to the TV after the relays click. If there is a mechanical ticking or snapping noise after power On, replace the lamp because HV is present (causing the ticking). If there is no ticking sound, replace the ballast. You can confirm this by using the LED blinking pattern to localize the problem. refer to Service Manual or technical guide on the panasonic website for more help diagnosing LED patterns

You can try searching the gilksy method on a search engine or look it up on You tube. This is a DIY method. Some people have had success with it, but it’s far from a “professional” fix.

'99 Ultra engine code 1 blink gap then 6 blinks,

Trouble code 16 indicates the ecm (engine control module) saw a battery voltage less than 6.2vdc or greater than 15.5vdc. The lower reading typically occurs during activation of the starter or indicates loose wire connections. The higher reading is usually caused by a faulty voltage regulator.
