Question about Cell Phones
It seem the phone firmware is corrupted.Just reset it again.
1)Phone should be fully charged.
2)Turn off your phone, then turn it immediately back on. While the phone is turning back on, press down on and continually hold the "Select" (center) key.
3)Hold down the "Select" key until "Master Reset" appears on your screen. Select "Yes" to verify you want to reset the phone.
4)Wait for confirmation that the phone has been reset. At this point, the phone will begin a Master Clear, which will send the phone back to factory settings. The amount of time this process takes will depend on how much data is on your phone.
5)Turn your phone off and back on when the Master Reset is complete, then reset your preferred settings.
