The bose as most all in one systems do not have an inbuilt phono stage. Phono especially MM type have a very low signal and an eq curve that gets altered in the phono stage. Without a phono stage (known as a phon pre amp) you will not get much fun from your turntable. To connect : turntable out - into phono preamp - phono pre amp out into bose line in/aux in

Is there a way to fix the the turn signal chime and other various chimes on a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt LS, there is no sound from them as well as front speakers?

The audible warnings alert the driver of a system concern or a critical vehicle condition. The radio generates the audible warnings through the speaker. The radio receives audible warning requests via the serial data circuit. If the radio receives multiple audible warning requests, the warning with the highest priority sounds first. The following lists the audible warning priority and the pulse rate:
?€¢
Fast rate chime (200 pulses per minute)

?€¢
Medium rate chime (150 pulses per minute)

?€¢
Slow rate chime (50 pulses per minute)

After dropping lacie: red light and recurring audible beep.

You can only hope that the drop has dislodged the drive from the internal connections in the case and has not damaged the drive. You'll have to figure out how to get the case apart.

99 jeep cherokee, horn sounds when locking with remote. Checked all door switchs and seem to be working fine?? any ideas?

Its supposed to beep once when the doors are locked, giving an audible confirmation that your anti theft is armed. The parking lights will most likely flash as well to give a visual confirmation. If you have the over head computer in this model the horn confirmation option can be turned on or off in the normal settings menu.

The Body Control Module (BCM) controls the audible warnings. Refer to Body Control System Description in Body Control System for more information regarding the BCM.
The body control module (BCM) controls these reminders:
• Key in ignition reminder: An audible warning intended to remind the driver that the key has been left in the ignition cylinder. The BCM sounds the chime for this reminder at a rate of 150 chimes per minute.
• Fasten seat belt reminder: An audible warning intended to remind the driver at the beginning of the driving cycle that the driver's seat belt is unfastened. The BCM sounds the chime for this reminder at a rate of 50 chimes per minute.
• Fasten belts indicator control: A visual warning intended to remind the driver that the driver's seat belt is unfastened.
• Parking brake reminder: An audible warning intended to remind the driver that the parking brake has been left applied with the transaxle shifted out of PARK. The BCM sounds the chime for his reminder at a rate of 200 chimes per minute.
• Turn signal reminder:
An audible warning intended to remind the driver that the turn signal has been left on while the vehicle has traveled over 1.2 km (¾ mile). The BCM sounds the chime for this reminder at a variable rate (in unison with the turn lamps on) of 90 chimes per minute.
• Headlamps ON reminder: An audible waring intended to remind the driver that the headlamps have been left on. The BCM sounds the chime for this reminder at a rate of 200 chimes per minute.
• Last door closed locking confirmation: An audible warning intended to provide the driver feedback that the last door closed locking feature is active. The BCM sounds the chime for this remainder at a rate of 200 chimes per minute.
• Feature customization and diagnostics feedback: An audible feedback used when changing feature customization modes. Also used by service technicians during the BCM diagnostics. The BCM sounds the chime during the feature customization, and also during diagnostics. Refer to Body Control Module (BCM) for additional information.

Maxtor 3200 fell off a small table, it still spins but the ON light does not come on and cant pick up anything. Is the data lost or is there still hope...Its 300gb and has over 250gb of crucial data....SOS...

The internal serial-to-usb connection might have come loose. Try opening the enclosure to verify that the connection is sound. If it is connected properly, disconnect and reconnect it just to be sure. Plug it back into the machine and attempt to read it.

If it still does not work, try taking the hard drive out to be placed into a desktop machine as an internal drive. Boot up the desktop and attempt to read the drive from My Computer.

Try to identify and audible clicking or noises while it's running. This could indicate serious mechanical damage. The crucial nature of the data may warrant a visit to a data extraction facility. There, they will be able to measure the severity of the damage and will attempt to salvage the data, if possible. If not, they may recommend a data extraction facility with a clean room that could pull the data for you. Just to warn you, this process is expensive - upwards of $500 - $3000. But if the data is irreplaceable, it might be worth it.

One of my DJ turntables = only left side stereo sound

need to narrow it down, using 1 turn table ONLY with the mixer on channel 1 (the chanel that is working) to test reciever is working properly and sound working on both side of the speakers, this eliminate the first turn table. Next, disconnect the working turn table (1) and connect your second turn table to the same chanel and see if you getting the sound coming chanel 1 just as your first turn table did. If you getting sound coming out from turn table on ch1 than is not the turn table issue. It will be you mixer having problems. You cant solve the problems having everything connected. Testing one turn table at a time using working chanel on the mixer to see if both turn table working properly. If you use the same chanel testing both turn table and the second one does not work than it will be one of your turn table is faulty. Note: if you find and test both of your turn table is working properly than it will be your mixer. good luck and hope that help..
