Question about Raypak Pool & Spa

"CLK" is being displayed on my Raypak making it impossible to put my heater on to heat my pool.

CLK stands for Clock. Your heater thinks it is connected to a timeclock and the circuit is open. The connection is on the back of the circuit board, and a communication wire will continue on to your timeclock or controller. Close that circuit and it should fire.

Not sure about your specific heater, but if the heat won't go on, it could be the water pressure sensor or one of the temperature sensors.

low water flow check manual bypass in heat exchange if spring broke letting too much water bypass and overheating water in unit also see if pump ok and filters

you are in fireman switch mode,which means pool timer is ready to shut down pump. clk shuts down heater approx 15 minutes before pump shuts down. this lets heater cool down before pump shuts off.

Raypak pool heater piliot light on heat will not turn on


Make sure that gas control knob is set to ON (counterclockwise). Make sure that ON/OFF switch is ON. Check that temperature setting is high enough to call for heat. Make sure pool pump is running and water is flowing to unit.
