Unfortunately no, that USB port is made primarily for storage. You can hook that printer to any computer on your network though and share it that way, over the wireless network. Just attach it to any computer, go into Control Panel, then Printers, right click on the HP Officejet printer in question, and go to SHARING. Enable sharing on it and all your other computers can connect to it.
If you want a true wireless printing option you will need a wireless printer... they are quite inexpensive nowadays, you can get this one for example for just $79:
