Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player

I have a red sansa fuse 4 gb mp3 player, is there a soft reset on it so i dont lose everything ? or is there just the hard reset ?

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter to convert videos (and photos) to a format the Sansa can handle.

You can go to the main menu on your player and select which one you want to use at a time. Here is a manual that describes everything you need: http://www.sandisk.com/media/175960/clip_um_0608_eng.pdf
Page 6-7 has the menu options/controls that you can use to do that.

Hard reset the device by slide and hold the power button up for 10 seconds. This will delete anything you have on the Clip.

Memory problem


I havent experianced anything like that but i would recomend you to Format the player IT WILL ERASE EVERYTHING THAT IS IN THE PLAYER. it will restore it to like factory new.
