Question about DISH Network DVR-625 DTV Receiver / 100-Hours Video Recorder
Hello, my name is Becki Barned with Dish Network Customer Service. If this issue has not already been resolved, I would love to help you out. This is a power issue. Two things that you can do is try to unplug the receiver for 10 seconds, or try plugging the receiver directly into an outlet on the wall, if it is not already.
