You need to install the Compatibility pack to open Office 97 file in Office 2007. You can download the Compatibility pack from the following link:

Need help to move email to other one please

Hi, silly answer, but have you tried to reply to the email sent to "my verizon.net" ? Just change the receiver name to "my ayhoo. com" address. That should work. Good luck.

I need to know, Incoming mail server and outgoing e-mail server name

This information can be obtained from your service provider, for example mine is incoming.verizon.net and outgoing.verizon.net but not all ISP use the same scheme. Usually information on setting up POP email is provided on their website.

It seems like your SMTP server is missing...

Follow these instructions:

1. Open Outlook.

2. From the Tools menu, select Accounts.

3. Select View or change existing email accounts, then select Next.

4. Select the Verizon account in the Name window, then select Change.

5. Fill in your Internet email settings:

* Type outgoing.verizon.net in the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field.

* In the User name field, type your Verizon Online user name.

* In the Password field, type your password.

6. Select More Settings.

7. From the Outgoing Server tab, check the box: My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

8. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail.

9. Select OK, then select Next. Click Finish to close the
window.

That should fix it.

Good luck!

Havent got a valid email address so that people can email me

Who is your internet service provider? Do you have Outlook Express or another email program on your system? your email address would be whatever name you sign in with such as
johndoe@verizon.net. If you are using a borrowed computer, you can go to www.yahoo.com and open a free email account or to www.msn.com/hotmail
and open a free account there. These are very busy services so it may take awhile to find an email name that hasnt already been taken, so be creative and patient. Good luck. Get back to me with any questions regarding setting up the accounts once you have answered my questions. Thanks.

Hi

Pls check if if you have enough free space in the mail box as the sent mails will also be counted towards the size.
Pls delete unwanted mails and also sent mails.
Pls check with the mail server settings i.e. incoming mail server and outgoing mail server information.
