You can't make a free cd. You would need to purchase a windows installation cd to do a clean install or repair option. Another more affordable method would be call the computer's manufacture and order the orignal system discs. This would be around 40 dollars and would reinstall the computer to what it had when it was purchased.

My dell laptop keeps going back and forth from the loading logo screen to black screen

You might like to Power it off completely by removing the Battery for a few seconds.
If that doesn't help, try booting from your Win7 Installation Disk.

you can try Fn + F8 and see if the display was toggled for external (Wait about 15 seconds before pressing a 2nd time) that is the keystroke from (LCD, External, LCD and External)
If no go, see if your system keeps video displayed in the safe mode (F8 at boot, select Safe mode from the boot menu)
you can also run diags on the LCD (Power button + D) or PSA diagnostics and see if the video stays on out of the operating system (Power +Fn)

Well I tried to reboot my my tashiba laptop and i don't know how to. I have tried the cd but I don't know what to do

To reinstall the computer ..you need either the recovery cd ..or the cd with the operation system in a bootable form ...If you have one of that ..you need to either use the F8 or F11 (depends on the bios model ) to start the boot menu ....and choose to boot from cd ..or to get into bios by pressing del or F2 ..and in there look for the boot sequence ..or boot order...and select the cd /dvd to be the first boot device ..than save the changes with F10 and hit enter ..
After you changed the boot order...restart with the cd in ..and folow instructions on screen for to reinstall or recover the operation system ..
In recover case ...just select the recover and it will go by itself..but in case yopu have a os cd ..you have to press any key to boot from cd when asked..and after that wait untill it loads all files needed..and it will restart ...second time do not press to boot from cd ..and it will ask for the agreement and look for previous installations ...In this moment select to not save anything (esc) and select the C drive hit enter and go for it ...The actually formating of the C drive is made in this moment by selecting to format it in NTFS either quick or normal ..and after that it will start loading windows and keep on ...by following the instruction s..
Good luck ..and pay attention on the boot sequence and the formatting ...
If anything goes wrong ..just take it from the start ..and it will be OK ..
In case you do not use the recovery cd ..make sure you have all drivers stored before you start the procedure ..cause you will need them after the installation is finished..

If you have Windows Installation disk, use to repair Windows.
First go inside BIOS(Setup) with Del or F2 and change under boot options for CD/DVD to boot up first before HDD.
Put the CD in, boot from it and select repair windows once it comes up

My dell inspiron 1525 has a black screen with a white cursor showing

First, I want to know if you sees the Dell logo after turning on the laptop? If yes then this is no boot issue.
1. Immediately run the PSA. Make sure laptop is off. Press and hold down the Fn key, while holding down Fn key press the power button at the same time just once. Once the Dell screen loaded you can now let go of the Fn key. Check if the PSA will run short test for the LCD, RAM and HDD. When full color displays on the screen just press Y. PSA will continue. Just take note of any error code will appear on the screen such as 0141, 0142 and 0146 these are HDD failure errors which means HDD needs replacement. If the test says no errors found then proceed to step 2;
2. Try restarting the laptop once you see dell logo then keep tapping F8. Select last known good configuration. Press enter key. Just wait and check if laptop will load Windows. If not then, restart laptop keep tapping F8 try to select safe mode check if it will load Windows. If not then prepare the Windows OS disc the one came with your laptop.
3. While laptop is on insert the Windows OS disc. Restart the computer. On the Dell screen keep tapping on F12 to show boot menu. In the boot menu select CD/DVD ROM Drive. Press enter then keep tapping on space bar until it will say Windows loading files, please wait.
4. In the User Interface it will show you some options to select. Once the Install screen comes up look on the lower part select Repair Your Computer. If will ask you to do Startup Repair, please do start up repair. If fails try the System Restore. If fails then step 5;
5. If you have important files in your HDD then back up your files first. After backing up of files you can now install the Windows OS. Here is the process in installing the Windows OS. Insert the Windows OS disc, restart the laptop, keep tapping F12 on Dell screen, on boot menu select CD/DVD ROM Drive.Install the Windows OS. Just complete the installation.After the installation install the laptop drivers.

How to fix a back screen on a dell laptop

Press F8 at boot up to get a menu with various options. Select Safe Mode and boot. Once booted, go to display settings and set your monitor right. If that does not work, then F8 at bootup and select the options which says "Last good Bootup". that should do away the new driver you loaded.

I was trying to hook up my laptop (Dell Inspiron 2200)(windows xp) to my television. I managed to get the laptop to go to the tv screen, but when computer rebooted, I got a black screen and cannot get rid...

use the F8 button before windows starts. as the laptop show the manufacturer's screen. keep tapping it gently and fast until you get froted with the bootup options screen. Select whichever option reads the word "VGA" in it. Then it will boot into windows. Enter the multiple screen setup (could be hard given that screen could show all icons and windows big) and select proper settings. Restart the PC and ensure the options remain active.
