Question about Computers & Internet
A few things that would cause this are OVERCLOCKING, poor thermal contact between heatsink and CPU, bad ventilation
I would start by making sure that the CPU has the correct thermal compund between it and the heatsink as without it you are looking to blow the CPU. Then i would check that all fans are clean and running. then make sure all the setting in the BIOS are set correctly for the CPU etc.
Also check that all cards are inserted correctly and that all cables are fully seated into the respective sockets etc.
