Your drum has reached the end of its life. You either need to reset the drum or buy a new one. If you reset the drum (you can find instructions on the web) and then notice poor print quality you need to replace the drum to correct the print quality.

Open the front cover
Replace New Drum - select "Yes"
after the screen will show "accepted"
close the front cover and you are good to go
and WA LA it worked!!
