I want to download photos from my motorola phone onto my pc, but I do not have internet access on the phone. how do I download the phots?

All you need to do is to latch your phone and PC by activation of the Bluetooth. How to Use motorola PC Suite

Those who own motorola cell phones are lucky enough not to have to deal with the dreaded plea for a call from all their friends and associates, due to the fact that they have lost their cell phone and all the numbers associated with it. Using motorola PC Suite software, you can backup all your contacts, photos, text messages, video files, music files, and all other content on your cell phone using any PC computer. Make sure the motorola phone you own, or are thinking of purchasing, is equipped with a mini-USB port. Nearly all new motorola handsets have a port, and many of the older high-end motorola phones do as well. You will need a mini-USB cable, which should come with your phone.

Pick motorola Mode if you want to take full advantage of the features your motorola PC Suite software allows. This will bring up a graphical user interface that allows you to do a variety of things with the click of a button.


Click the "Backup Phone" option to bring up a dialog box that will allow you to, all at once, backup the address book, images, video files, music files, programs, text and MMS messages, and anything else you have on your motorola handset all at once. This feature becomes extremely useful should you ever break, lose or otherwise destroy your phone. As long as you purchase another motorola model, you can instantly transfer your entire contacts list and other information onto your new phone.


Take some time to look around at the other different modes motorola PC Suite software offers the user. You can transfer music files using a dedicated window, where they will be instantly integrated into your cell phone's onboard music player. You can also install programs, through ".jad" and ".jar" files. This will avoid the headaches of having to download software on your cell phone, where any number of security breaches can happen.


Use motorola PC Suite software to use your phone as a modem to "tether" your laptop to the internet as well. Yes you can download the photos from your motorola to your PC in three ways:

1. If your Motorola has bluetooth and your PC too has bluetooth, you can turn on your bluetooth on both devices to be able to transfer your photos.

2. If your Motorola has a USB cable you can also transfer your photos by simply plugging your USB cable to your PC and access the Memory card to copy your photos.

3. Or you can simply remove the Memory card from your Motorola and slot it into the memory card reader on your PC to transfer the photos

there is a software called Motorola Phone tools. you can download it and install it, then hook your phone through a mini usb cable as you wont be able to turn on, since the screen is blank, and then it will automatically synchronize everything.

You need the software so that your phone and your windows xp can talk to each other. The Motorola v360 (GPRS networks) needs version 4.00 of "Motorola Phone Tools" available from Avanquest software. Go to their home page, http://www.avanquest.com and in the search box type Motorola Phone Tools, then click the link for the product, and it will prompt you for your phone model, and tell you that you need version 4.00. It's a very handy and useful package which I've used for my motorola phone, and in my opinion, well worth having to get the most out of your phone.
If you don't want to buy the program, another way to get your pictures onto your computer is to e-mail them to yourself, if your phone is activated for the internet, and download them onto your computer that way.
