Question about Computers & Internet
First, ensure your graphics card supports this and you have the latest drivers installed.
Make sure you have the latest version of DirectX installed. You can find it by doing a google search. It is free.
1. Go to the link
2. Download The 3D Analyzer
3. Extract the files to any directory
4. Open 3DAnalyze.exe
5. Press the big SELECT button
6. Find your gamename.exe (or whatever it might be named in your game CD)
7. Select it
8. Under Directx 8.1 and 9.0 options - > Hardware Limits (cap bits) Check off emulate pixel shader caps
9. Hit run
Hope that helps! Should you have any further questions, please feel free to post them here.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
