My search has reviled a couple of things.
First, is your video cards chip-set supported?
If so, are the latest drivers installed?
Is Direct X up to date?
You may have corrupt or missing or data in the Windows registry.
Try the windows Installer cleanup utility. After that use a registry cleaner
