I get error 1721 when i install 3ds max 2011 - Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate Edition

The reason for this error is the product key u used. I mean autodesk 3ds max has FOUR different product keys 128x1 for 3ds max, 495x1 for 3ds max design, 774x1 for entertainment creation suite premium, 661x1 for entertainment suite standard.[x=A/B/C/D/E/F depending on the year].
so reinstall the autodesk product, use a different product key( Try all these four one at a time), one will definitely work.
same thing happened to me for maya 2014, but solved it using a different product key

The 0015.111 error is caused because you installed using a wrong Product Key (example 781E1 instead of 495E1), where both codes will work but if not used the correct one it will originate a 0015.111 when trying to activate. You will need to reinstall and insert the correct Product Key.

You're going to want to uninstall, reboot, and then re-install 3DS Max

That will be a registry error.

try reinstall 3ds max if problem will be same then there is 2 things 1 you version of 3ds max is corrupt or you need to reinstall your windows and there is always viruses

Right click the 3dmax then open it with administrator.

some software my not be directly open in windows 7 yet, (like if u c, when u install AutoCad 2006 on Vista Ultimate u can't open it directly, 1st u have to right click on it then Run as Administrator, then it will be open and work) like this prob, i sure that u have to right click on the icon of ur software then run it as Administrator, i think it will open. and your problem will solve..
otherwise your version of 3DS Max is not compatible with Windows 7 and you have to install different version of Windows (Like Xp).

If error pups up right wen 3ds max have started try to reinstall your 3ds max if error comes out wen you render that means you system can not handle amount of polygons or details you have in the seen, if that's the case problem is probably in you RAM memory if it's to small or in your pc system
