Try moving the water inlets around. Down the wall if you can. They will set a current in the pool the cleaner with floating hoses can't over come. If you don't have eyeball returns you can get diverters to do this for you. That should fix your problem.

Make sure that the Floating Handle is locked diagonally across the top of your Aquabot's body.
Clean the Filter Bag thoroughly so that the fine particles of dirt that get trapped within the fibers of the
Filter Bag are removed. To test if the Filter Bag is inhibiting the
Aquabot's performance simply remove the Filter Bag and operate the cleaner without it. If the Aquabot then pumps
water strongly, and climbs the walls properly, the Bag most likely requires a thorough cleaning

I lent my tiger shark to my sister who has a kidney shaped pool, mine is rectangle. Is any reprogramming required since the pool shapes are different?

No. The unit 'learns' the pool based upon time recorded in the horizontal and vertical positions while cleaning. It will work, although perhaps not as well as in a rectangle-shaped pool, without any further action than dropping it in and powering it up.

New navigator stays in deep end 99% of time, comes to shallow end, turns around & goes back to deep end

If your filter is placed toward the deep end of your pool, it could be that the pool cleaners hose is too short to reach the shallow end. You might want to test it and add more hose if necessary. It could also be a steering failure. There are a couple things to check if this is happening. Check and clean the rear screen. Make sure that your cone gear is free and rotates smoothly. You might also need to clean, repair, or replace your gearbox.

Vac gets stuck in deep end and can't get to shallow end

What type of pool do you have? These specific pool cleaners are made for flat bottomed above ground pools. They are not made to move from deep end to shallow end. If you are using this on an in ground pool that has both shallow and deep or a dished above ground pool, you are not going to get accurate cleaning.

My baracuda classic falls on its side and stays that way being useless on the bottom of the pool. How do I solve this?

This information applies to a Baracuda G4 model only. My G4 would climb the wall at the deep end, lose suction, fall to the bottom of the pool and invariably land on its side or back.

The problem was the blue egg shaped buoy, as its called. Mine had signs of wear and there was even a hole in it. I replaced it and the G4 now works fine.

Won't go in shallow end to clean

If your floats have started to absorb water, the unit may become reluctant to climb the slope from the deep end to the shallow end, although it may still at least start to climb and clean the wall. There are 3 installed floats in the unit bottom plate: 1 "h" float and 2 pocket floats. Aqua Service Distributors in Sequin, TX had a good price on replacements. Good people, too. S. Check to see if one of the drive belts is broken. You'll need to pull the wheels and separate the housing to inspect. Also make sure that the thrust jet is centered and pointing towards 12:00. This unit should back up after 3 minutes and reposition itself.
