Hello.

From Riso Support:

Reach into the machine and pull the roller up as far as it will go without pulling it out of the cradle. Then, drop the roller. It should go to the right position. It could be a sign that something in the pressure system is malfunctioning, or it could be that the roller just got stuck up. If the problem persists, contact a tech.

Hope this helps.

Hello we have a RISO GR 3770 - and the cloro drum is stuck in the machine. the green light is not on. how can we get the drum out?

Open front door. If you look at the metal housing below the drum you will see a plate mounteg with two screws. Get it off and you will see a small lever. Turn it right to loosen the drum. Be extremely careful when pulling out the drum. If the drum is not in zero-position it might be a bit difficult (e.g. have a look at the master clamp). Please note that it may be difficult to insert the drum again.

Dispite being on level solid floor the PYE2300AZW has developed a servere vibration. i am over 100 miles from a repair shop so i need to fix it myself. can you offer help

Sounds like your problem may be from flat spots on your drum rollers.
If you have a front loading machine, you would remove the front of the dryer, this will expose the drum. Then you would remove the drum and this will expose the drum rollers. Take a look at them and make sure they look good, while you got the drum out of the way go ahead and lubricate them at the shaft with a good grade of machine oil such as 3 in One oil.
Hope this helps

Riso GR3770 will not pull the paper through once it passes the initial feed assembly. The paper ''picks up'' just fine, but after the lead edge enters the machine, it kicks off impression and gives a...

what happens sometimes is the rear side of the registration (shiny silver color) roller becomes worn down so bad that the spring cannot grab properly. the registration roller, in this case, would have to be replaced.

the way to check is by getting to the back of the machine, and if this is the cause, the spring should be a little wobbly on the shaft. with a new roller, the spring fits snug, and grabs properly for it to feed.
