Question about HP DeskJet 932c InkJet Printer
Is there documents in the Print Queue? if so "Cancel All", you'll need to restart both the printer and the computer to completely delete the print queues.
Can you hear the USB connection alert sound when you plug in the usb cord (while the printer is on)? if so, then it's detected and they are communicating. If not, then try the printer on another computer having different version of windows installed.
Also check the usb cable and make sure it's interfaces are cleaned and cleared. You can try cleaning the terminals with a soft brush dipped in alcohol/acetone/spirit. Get/borrow another usb cable and try.
