SOURCE: Water leak

First you have to unplug or "off" the circuit breaker, then install the drain hose.

SOURCE: Maytag A512 Leaks out airgap when draining/spinning out

Check pump. I would say it is the most likely cause for the water leak, especially if itdoes it while filling and on spin as the pump holds some residual water in it . That is normal.

SOURCE: Bosch WTL5400 Condensation Dryer

We continuously had a similar problem with signals forever coming on after just a few dryer loads. The problem was corrected when we took the back off of the dryer and cleaned the recirculating fan and removed a rubber glove that somehow came through the system and blocked the air flow at the heating element. Low air flow is the same as plugged filter and apparently the computer in our German-made Bosch dryer simply says that. We cleaned the area well, removed all traces of the glove and restored the dryer to operation. We have not had the filter problem since. We routinely clean the heater area at the back of the dryer to maintain our sanity. And we now dry our clothes. Bosch never responded to my query.

I think that I have already suggested some possible reasons for the prob you are experiencing with your dryer, but I don't think I have mentioned the fact that the pump could be fauty, you should be able to hear it running, just a thought , you never know.

Bottom of freezer in the side by side builds up with ice, then water leaks on to the floor

We have a defrosst drain problem we will need to work on, WATER LEAKING FROM REFRIGERATOR OR INSIDE THE FREEZER OR FRESH FOOD SECTION
You have a blockage in your condensate defrost line or the pipe that fill the tray below the refrigerator is missing the condensate collector pan that uses the heat from the fan to evaporate the condensate back into the air inside your home. Or this sounds like you have a blockage in the drain tube, remove panel back of freezer...you may see ice build-up, melt ice with hair dryer, you will see a pan below evaporator, melt ice in pan, dry water up in pan with towel, now you should see drain hole in pan that leads to drain tube, pour some hot water in pan, wait a couple minutes, wipe up water and repeat this step 2-3 times, once you have done this use a wet and dry vacuum cleaner to vacuum out the gunk or blockage in the drain line. Now it is cleaned out! Put back panel back and you are good to go. The reason you see water in the Freezer is because the water has been leaking into the freezer instead of running into the drain hole...If you need any further assistance please feel free to comment again. Good luck! PS Please don't forget to rate my solution Thanks! Sea Breeze

The led light blinks 3 times then pauses then

Pressure switch error code, Check the air filter for blockage, check the vent pipes for blockage or water, make sure the condensate drains are working and that there is no water in the hose(s) that go to the pressure switch(s).

Frigidaire fridge leaks where ice maker is on

Your leaking problem gives two possibilities. The water control valve for the ice maker side is defective and while shut off the water will continue to slowly flow and leak into the freezer compartment. The other possibility id the condensate defrost drain is blocked and frozen over behind the rear panel of the freezer and at the bottom of th coils. I believe your defrost condensate drain has a blockage of ice and will need to be defrosted and clean the condensate line from the freezer to the condensate collection plate below your refrigerator. Most times the blockage begins slowly until the opening of the drain hole under the evaporator freezes itself shut. Below is a link to some solutions I have collected over a period of time. Also has a short movie that makes the repair look simpler. There are many reasons for this happening for example water leaking from a water supply line for the dispenser or ice maker, a crack in the defrost pan, water leaking inside and draining through the refrigerator cabinet, but most are caused by a defrost drain line blockage. Below is a link that may be helpful so try to take it all in and use the parts that most refer to your specific problem, Thanks Sea Breeze

Leaking central a/c unit

All central A/C units have a condensate drain line that comes from just under the evaporator in the Main air supply plenum.

You may have a blockage in that drain line and will have to remove the pipe to clear the obstruction. Try flushing the drain pipe with warm water until it flows easily from the top to the end.

You might have a gravity drain that goes into a floor drain or a french drain along the basement walls. The other typical drain installation is a condensate pump that the water drains into and when the float in the tank is lifted, a small pump turns on and pumps the water (condensate) out of the house either thru a drain hose thru the wall, or into a drain in the basement, etc.

Check the entire drain line and anything connected to it for any possible obstructions and/or blockage.

If you have any other questions once you take a look at your installation, just add a comment and I'll check back within a day to provide more info, based on your input.

I hope you found this very helpful and best regards!
