SOURCE: no log for calls
The log remembers call lengths and all transferred data, but only if you start
the log application from the main menu. It does not work if the log is
entered by clicking the green button while in stand-by mode. When
entered from the main menu the log lets you go into an even more
detailed log, which contains info about all the operations with the
phone: individual calls and data transfers.
Also if you want to transfer call logs to your phone, may be you can use 3rd party software, http://tinyhack.com/freewarelist/s603rd/2007/03/02/logexport/
Transfer the .sis file to your phone and open it with filemanager.
else if u want directly save stuff online on ur personal account use www.wavesecure.com
Hopefully this was helpful

SOURCE: I cannot clear my log
try these steps below.
To hard reset your Nokia C3 you just have to press *#7370# and press Dial. The phone will request the security code that is by default 12345. Please be aware that you will loose all the data in your phone, so you should backup all relevant information.
If you want to soft reset your Nokia C3 you need to press *#7780# and then Dial. The security code is 12345. Once you complete this, your phone will come back to factory settings, but you will not loose personal data. Anyway it is recommended to make a backup before performing any of the mentioned procedures.
