Question about JVC BR-DV3000U DV/Mini DV VCR
This is my second BR-DV3000U in the last five years. First one, the motherboard fried. This one works fine, but a miniDV tape got stuck in the drive. Any suggestions, before I spend $50 to send this to JVC repair in Aurora?
Sounds like a defective cassette housing, but i have seen problems with jvc decks and camera when tdk or maxell tapes were used. the lids on these tapes seem to get stuck in the cassette housings in jvc equipment. jvc even recommends that tdk and maxell tapes be avoided.
