Hello,

Yes everything is available for download at http://www.samsungimaging.com/learn/digital-camera-camcorder/productDetailView.do?prdCtgSeq=11&langPrdSeq=2697

Just make sure you have java and flash installed on the computer, if not, it will mention about them in the top left corner and give you links to where to obtain them in order to see / use the website properly.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Cd rom. on comp. dont work can idown load software on line somehow

Spend about $35 to purchase a brand-new CD/DVD reader/writer.

Or, take a USB memory-stick, and the product CD/DVD disk, to another computer.
Copy all the files from the media onto the memory-stick.

On your computer, use the files on the memory-stick to install the software.

Taking to long to down load from hp?

Go to this page:

F340 OS selection

Select your operating system.

When it takes you to the available software, there is a link to order a CD with the software you need. (It is under the heading CD-ROM Order Page)

Follow the prompts to order a CD with your software. It costs about $10.50 for a CD in the US. (I am assuming you are in the US.)

Thanks for using Fixya.

Os instalation will not load

Hi Dobssand, the most common reason for a CD-ROM (With a Windows CD in it) does not start to load is the motherboard's bios is not set correctly. While in the bios go to the title Boot & enter boot order. This is a common boot order for a PC.
1st boot device = [Floppy disk drive]
2nd boot device = [CD-ROM drive] (Model number of the CD-ROM drive).
3rd boot device = [Primary Hard Disk Drive] (Model number of drive).

Second most common reason is the data cable to the CD-ROM drive is loose or not fully connected either at the CD-ROM or at the motherboard. (Check it).
If you choose not to enter your bios, you can still get the CD-ROM drive to boot the Win CD in this fashion. Load the Win CD into the CD-ROM drive. Power off the system. Than power on the system & start to press the F8 key once every two seconds. Windows "Please select boot device:" window will open. Using your keyboards up & down arrow keys high-light the CD-ROM drive that has the win CD in it & press the enter key. Windows should start to load. If you receive an error message stating windows can not find your hard disk drive. Than you must enter your bios & go to the title Boot. Your hard disk drive is not listed in the boot order section. Worst case! Your hard disk drive may be faulty. Find the manufactures name printed on a large white sticker on once side of the HDD. Go to the manufactures web site & download their drive setup software so you can create a bootable floppy disk. This will allow you to check/test the HDD & format it for a windows installation.

Or is this not the issue you are having?

Good luck!
Mike

My cd rom does not work how can i down load software?

Most manufacturers have the software on their company website. I would need your manufacturer and model # to be sure. The CD Rom may not load automatically - in that case, you may have to double-click My computer, then double-click on the CD-Rom Drive to force it to load. If it gives you a specific error msg, especially about an operating system, then your OS is probably not compatible with the Mp3 player, esp if you have Vista. If you do have Vista, check the company website to see if they have updated software which is Vista-compatible. Many of them do.

Hi Diviola, you have no choice but to buy a CD-ROM drive. They are not as expensive as you might think. You're windows CD can format the hard drive in you're computer before installing windows. Some people can use a USB memory stick but in order to copy the windows CD software to the memory stick you'll still need a CD-ROM drive. A 2GB or 1GB memory stick will cost as much or more than a CD-ROM drive. Please click on the link to see some prices for a standard CD-ROM drive.

The link above is a CD-ROM drive & can also make CD-RW's (RW stands for re-write).
You can replace you're CD-ROM drive you're self. Just do not disconnect the cables from you're old CD-ROM drive untill you have the new drive. Connect the cables to the new drive (one at a time) as you disconnect them from the old CD-ROM drive.
Double check that the cables are tightly connected before you power up the PC. Load you're windows CD into the new CD-ROM drive & when you start you're PC up windows will start to load.
When you receive the new CD-ROM drive & if you need help connecting & running anything. You can come back here & ask questions. I'll help you through this.

Luck!
Mike
