I found that the minka website has the installation manuals online.
www.minkagroup.net/http://www.minkagroup.net/minkaairemanuals.asp The glass cover on a Concept I fans turns counterclockwise. I had to use rubber gloves to get a good grip on the light cover.

SOURCE: Minka Aire remote controlled ceiling fan

I have the same problem, except I live in a multi unit condo where many of the occupants own the same fan! You can imagine how  frustrating this is when your fan or light comes on or you can't  agree on a fan speed. Anyway, I spoke to a MinkaAire customer service guy and he tells me that the switches in the receiver are located under the mounting ring. You need to unscrew the ring and it should be located in there. I haven't tried this myself as my fan has a mind of its own as I type and everytime I turn it off to unscrew the mounting ring, the damn thing turns on again.

I have a newer Minka w/ wall controller. The books says to make sure both the wall control and the receiver(up in the fan) are both programmed the same. My receiver has no little switches but has a sticker stating that you need to hold the 'fan off' button down for 3 seconds after turning on the power so the receiver can memorize the program in the wall switch. You have 60 sec to do this after power is turned on. Good luck !

SOURCE: I currently have 2 switches on the wall for a ceiling fan(this was pre-installed when I bought my new home, but my Minka

The red and white should be hot all the time for the fan to run even when the light is not in use. The black and white wires are used for the switch on the wall to turn the light on. Hope this helps.

How do i get light bulb cover off k9375 ceiling fan

The entire glass globe twists off (counterclockwise looking at the globe from below). It is kind of tricky, but if you apply constant pressure eventually it will begin to turn slowly, and then (1/4-1/2 turn) it will pop right off.

WARNING: I strongly suggest you have another pair of hands to help ensure the globe doesn't come crashing down to the ground, as it's VERY easy to do!

Hi Bill. So far I have not been able to find a manual, but I will keep looking. In the mean time, if you want to give it a try, it appears to me that the circular piece that has the fingers that hold the light globe is probably put in place to hold the globe by a "turning" motion. If you were to reach up and grab this ring and gently turn it counter clock wise I bet it would turn perhaps 1-3 inches and disengage the fan body. Makes sense that the manufacturer would make it easy to change light bulbs and viewing the fan, this would be about the easiest way to do it. I would assume the glass globe is NOT fastened to this ring in any manner, so if you do decide to try this, be ready to have the glass globe release from the holding ring.
I will let you know when/if I find a manual. If you decide to try my solution and are satisfied with it, I would appreciate a Thumbs Up rating from you. BTW, nice fan. Paul

This is the concept f518-bn or 519-bn with recessed light.
According to the manual you twist the clear plastic cover counter clockwise. This is on the opaque white lens cover itself.
Manual is found here:

The tenants say that the motor has stopped

Could be a breaker that has reset have they tried re-seting them? And the light switch could be bad you need a test meter to check this out with and if the switch is bad then the motor could be defective as well but would have to check connetions at the box in the wall switch and the cealing fan. Do you have a vlot ohm meter? If you do post it here and I will fix you up.
