Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My Omron HEM-711DLX blood pressure monitor works except the display is not displaying the full numbers. Not readable. New batteries and power cord plugged in. Is this display a dead soldier?

That's a classic failure mode for a digital display. Sorry, it's probably toast.

If you remove both the AC and batteries for a few minutes, then power it up on either with the same result, it's probably time for a new model.

You can use a multi voltage mains adapter for your Omron. These are available at electronic stores ot on the Internet. Make sure it is a DC adapter and switch to 6 volts also make sure the power connector is set correctly to the polarity of the Omron power socket.
