Question about LG Cell Phones
Check the adaptor , if Ok plug into phone and check the voltage on the battery terminals, if OK then the battery is faulty, This is due to the battery having developed reverse polarity. A quick charge with an external voltage can sometimes get it jump charged. If not replace or claim warranty if the phone is new.
If adaptor is not having the voltage it can be faulty.
