Question about Citizen 3550 Matrix Printer
We have Citizen iDp 3550 printers here at work. They used to print single-spaced, but for some reason they print double-spaced now. I can't make sense of the manual I found online. We're wasting lots of paper for receipts! Anyone know how to fix this? Any help is much appreciated! =]
I am having the same problem. I do not have access to make settings from the computer. I need to do any changes totally from the printer and I have not found the compination to getting the printer into a mode to do this. Does anyone have a solution. I am desperate. I need an answer so that I can get this reset before my snack bar opens tomorrow for the holiday weekend.

It is a dip switch setting, on dip switch #6, it needs to be "On" It will then single space the lines. After re-setting the switch under the cover, turn off the printer for 30 seconds to clear the buffer...then holding the "LF" button, turn it back on, until its self test is complete. You problem will be over.
