Question about Canon MP640 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Error C000 appears on the lcd display of the printer when an ink cartridge is inserted incorrectly. Sometimes this error also appears when something is blocking the cartridge holder to move from both sides.
1. Check if one or more cartridges is properly seated in the cartridge holder.
2. Remove any foreign objects including paper that has been stucked or jammed preventing the cartridge holder to move freely.
3. Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. After a while, plug the power cord of the printer back in, and then turn on the machine
