Question about HP Officejet Pro L7680 All-In-One Printer
Hello, did you recently have a paper jam, if so, turn machine around, take off duplex unit if its installed, if not remove the back cover, now if your looking at rear of machine, there are several small gears, check that there is no paper debris stuck in there, its hard to really gage if paper is in gears. the grey roller with the white gear should move freely to a point, if it does not move at all, then yes something is stuck. now if it does move freely, then go ahead and put back piece on, lift up front cover as if you where going to replace printheads, move the carriage to the left, look into machine from the left side, and check to see if there is any paper bunched up in that area on the right. if nothing go ahead and close and allow machine to cycle or power up. if the machine has gear crunching noise, turn off, and take to repair. its a little tricky to pull apart, you will need 2 type of torq bits to use.
