Question about Apple iTunes
If I am right, you have Itunes 8 installed on your computer. The fact is that, Itunes 8 doesn't come packed with the Gear driver and on Mac machines, there should be no problem, but with Windows system, this is a common issue. The only thing you can do is to install the drivers (click here to download), download and install it. Restart your computer and try again. That should fix your problem.
If unfortunately the problem persists, then you need to reinstall the itunes (fresh installation) followed by the Gear driver.
