Hi try this
please unplugg all the cables for the computer , press / hold the power button for the 30 sec and then replug the power cable, then vga cable and mouse and key board cable , then restart system and , turn on the monitor and go to bios and set as default , if it turns on ...please check and revert back for the same ...............
