1-try rettting the game's control layout back to default...you might have changed the layout 2-is this problem happening in other games as well? if it does, then we can consider taking the controller for repair 3-there is always ebay and amazon to get you a new controller 4-do you have a wireless or usb adapter to connect the xbox controller to the pc? in windows 7 you can use the gamepad as a gamepad and in "callibration settings" you can test the buttons go get those killstreaks!
i might be able to help... go on to setting go to controller setting and you will have multiple different ways your controller will work look at the one it is at before you change it then try different controller setting if that diddent work write back ;)
In this game you must check your settings, you may be set to right handed in which case movement/advance is on the right side and attack is on the left. You should be able to go to settings and change the settings to make the left analog control your movement. Hope this helped and if it does, don't forget to leave feedback....FIXYA!
The only people who are allowed to talk on xbox live (in most games including halo) is someone who has an xbox live account. Guests can't use microphones.
However I believe if you recover a gamertag, and two players who both have xbox live accounts are playing on xbox live (on the same xbox), they can both use microphones. But whenever you see for instance Gskellig(1) on halo, they won't be able to use a mic.
