If water leaks when you are using My K-Cup, put less coffee into it, to about half full. When it is too full, there is not enough room for the volume of water, so it overflows.

Keurig pot doesn't give a full cup of coffee

Maybe you need to clean the pot with vinegar and water on full cycle. Sometimes if you do not have a water filter on your faucet, the coffee maker tends to come out with little mineral or metal particals from your water source. Which tends to clog up the small holes in the coffee maker where the water flows thru. This happens after a lot of uses. You may want to do this at least 3 to four times. I set up mine like I am going to make a full pot of coffee. Then also use a coffee filter to check the amount of gunk that is collected. I hope this helps. I ended up buying a water filter and do not have a problem any more.

Water pot part leaking from the rubber part on bottom? that's the only thing I could think for you to check. Maybe not getting a good enough connection to the coffee maker itself

My brewer keeps tearing the top fo the k-cups. Is there a replacement to the orange foam cover?

Yes there is! This top needle seal is the revised part used for your brewer. Keurig did away with the orange seals. This part will fit yours...
