Hello qsteven,

With any jukebox no matter what manufacturer, it needs to be locked down to stop the mechanism from being damaged. This is usually done by some form of tie-down bolts on Rowe Ami two bolts hold down the frame other manufacturers do it slightly different.
It is a good policy to make sure that all the circuit boards and amplifier and power supply are secured to the cabinet.
If I move jukeboxes I also tape across the doors to stop them opening during transit to prvent any damage.

My Box Was Damaged in shipping, Where can I buy Replacement Plastics and Bubble Tubes.

If you google for "cd jukebox parts" you can find a list of suppliers of all kinds of jukeboxes. You check with a few that work for Wurlitzer and I think you can find what you need.

WURLITZER OMT CD 100 D picking problem

Hello J.P.,

You need to get the manual for this jukebox.
You have to however confirm what the manufacturer and the model number of this is. The One More Time was made by the following manufacturers:-
Wurlizer, Rowe Ami, Rock Ola, Antique Apperatus and Sound Leisure.
Look for a serial plate on the back of the jukebox in order to get any information.
You can get manuals in the USA from www.victoryglass.com

Hello, I have a problem with WURLITZER 1015 OMT CD 100D. The arm go to pick up the CD, but returns in the same time as it lock the cd in the gripper.Result is the CD is supported on two points instead of 3...

The carousel is locked in position by the latch at the front (about 6 oclock). If the gripper isn't exactly in line with the cd then you need to adjust the latch a bit.

Can we install a remote control

Yep; you sure can. You will need to order the remote kit from Wurlitzer (be warned, it's not cheap...around $350.00 U.S.) I ordered mine from K&K Sales Company. If you go with them the number is 812.334.1936, ask for Dale Hendricks. Be sure to have your jukuebox's serial number, and build date (this can be found on a sticker on the back). The remote controls volume, mute, track selection, cancelling selections but does not control the power.

Wurlitzer arm keeps running

check the white plastic actuator next to the gear box, it is probably broken and not actuating the microswitch underneath it, these often fail, it may look ok,, but it actually is loose and the set screw on top of it is not clamping it to the rod.
