Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Well Check for any paper or objects that might be stopping the carriage.
If the paper tears when you remove it from the rollers, check the rollers and wheels for torn pieces of paper that might remain inside the product. If pieces of paper remain in the product, more paper jams can occur.
Reach inside the product, and then manually move the carriage.
The problem could also e due to Cartridges so Make sure that the cartridges are installed correctly
Step one: Remove the cartridges (Slide the cartridge out of the carriage.)
Step two: Reinstall the cartridges(Slide the cartridge into its slot, and then press it toward the back of the product until it locks into place.)
The problem can also be due to clutch so Adjust the clutch on the printer/FAx All in One
If this does not help let me know the exact model no and make of your Fax
