SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Good morning, I have a windows 98 os, mouse (m-rn67) stopped working. no luck using newer mice, doesn't recognize. can i update computer using usb w/driver for newer mouse?

Hi janettgordon,
I am not exactly sure what you mean by "can i update computer using usb w/driver for newer mouse", but if you want to know if you can update the USB component of Windows 98 I regret to say to you that it's not possible.
USB support on Windows 98 always been tricky and Microsoft never officially supported it before Windows 98 SE. I don't know what version you have, but either way USB support under Windows 98 never been great. You also need to keep in mind that Windows 98 is quite an old system and no recent hardware like mouse, keyboard, printers is supported on it anymore.
My advise would be to upgrade your current Windows installation to Windows XP or Windows 2000. A friend can probably lend you a copy and I'm 100% positive that it will solve your problem with newer mices. You will need to make sure your computer can handle Windows XP or 2000, but they can run under pretty old hardware so it should not be a problem.
Cheers!

Windows XP or Greater is required. In other words you have to upgrade your OS to XP or better, there is no driver for 98

Hi I have a 2gb, transcend usb drive jf v30, i need a usb driver for it as i have a win98 operating system, which website should i go to install it

The only way to find out is from the manufacturers website:
http://ec.transcendusa.com

USB support is tough on Windows 98. It doesn't run as a plug play system.
If you can find a way a way to upgrade your computer to Windows XP, that should solve the problem.

USB Memory stick

Sandisk usually sells memory sticks that are backward comaptible with win 98, but more than likely you will have to go to their website to find the driver because it will not be included. I have a 256 MB memory stick from sandisk that also has a driver for win98. I know this because I've used it on a win 98 machine. Once again, I had to go to the support page on the Sandisk website to find the driver.

As for the upgrade, you can probably upgrade to XP for $200 or less, without having to upgrade hardware.

Nokia N72 driver for windows 98

Just follow the following steps:
1) Locate the USB port of your Nokia N72 phone. See Manual if needed.
2) If your mobile phone has a USB Data Cable supplied, connect the end that matches the hub while connect the USB end to your USB port of your PC.
3) If your mobile phone has a CD supplied, this contain the PCSuite software bundled with drivers for your PC operating system.
4) Insert the CD to your CDRom drive.
5) After step 4, you will see a window saying install PCSuite then choose Yes.
6) Choose which operating system. If you use Windows 98, then choose the driver for Windows 98.
7) After installation, reboot/restart tour PC to complete the setup process but never disconnect yet your USB Cables from your mobile phone to PC.
8) Once restarted click on the icon of the PCSuite on your PC, then check if your PC can communicate with your mobile phone and vice versa. To do this click connect via USB if the datas in your mobile phone is seen then connection is correct.

If your problem is USB Driver for Windows 98, i suggest you upgrade your PC operating system to Windows 2000 or Windows XP. Old operating platforms have driver problems when new devices are attached to. But if you choose Windows 98, you will have to browse the internet in search of drivers. Just let me know if you have not found a driver. I'll assist you with this.

Transcent JFV30 Pendrive Driver

Hi,

There are no drivers required to detect and access a flashdrive or even a Transcend PenDrive JFV30 under Windows XP or Vista. They are however needed for other Operating System such as Windows 98. Should this be the case, the drivers may be found here. If under XP or Vista, the pendrive could not be accessed/detected, then it is not the pendrive's drivers (or lack thereof) that should be the concern, it is the USB interface/drivers of the PC. Vista has been known to have major issues with USB and has issued a patch/upgrade/update here. XP SP1 has its own issues and the Microsoft patch/upgrade/update is here.

Hope this be of help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

good luck and kind regards.
