Theoretically, you can't format a more than 32 GB drive with FAT/FAT32 file system. In your case you have to choose the NTFS file system to format your 64 GB USB flash drive. However, if you really need to format it with FAT32, you got to use the command line or a third party tool. Hope this is going to help you.

8 gb kingston Data Traveller showing zero disk space

All you need to do is to format the Pen Drive.
Open My computer.
Right Click on Pen drive.
Then click on Format. You will get different options like quick format or such.
Select the option that says complete format.
Once you format the drive you will be able to use it.

Thanks
Jimmy

12O/80 GB KINGSTON PEN DRIVE

You pen drive contains a virus within it you will find one autoexe file. If you wish to open it you can do so by doing it through single click from your explorers address bar click on the bar and scroll to the drive letter k or whatever it is on your pc when u click on it it will open and spread the virus on your pc also. I'll recomend that you first get updates for your antivirus or take the pen drive to such a pc which has updated antivirus and scan it. if you wish to format your pen on existing pc you can do by clicking start run typing cmd and enter type format and your drive letter. My Kingston 8 GB drive shows data into other format. If there is 2 GB of data, sometimes it shows there is 3 GB or more. The data inside my drive shows unknown symbols or something like that. Please help...

If there are such unknown folders and files in your pen drive and you did not place them there, then you have reasons to be cautious. Try to run a virus scan, these night be trojans or worms, etc. or copy/backup the important files in your pen drive then, format your pendrive.
