I installed disk Kodak Easy Share and i took pictures on my Kodak c813 Easy Share new camera and I cannot download them. I have already spent several several several hours trying. Please help

- i connected the camera i already have the software downloaded from my dads original camera but when i connect the usb to the camera/computer the computer says that it cant connect plz help this is very frustrating - killerkitty
