Question about Samsung HP-P3761 37 in. HD-Ready Plasma Television
How do you enter service mode on these TVs?
I need to adjust the screen position
1. Turn off the TV
2. Press "info" then "Menu" then "mute" and then "Power" on your remote (As fast as possible).
The TV will now start up in Service Mode

Hi, I did the same. There is an option called ready, i turned it on and my DTV went and no signal. Turned it to off and it came back. You'll know if it works by the three software lines on the first screen, there are only two when ready is set to on. Hope this helps.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
