You need to contact Dell for the master password reset for the BIOS admin password. It should have not added a password unless you went into the BIOS and added one, or the system had a BIOS password on it before you added the RAM and now need to enter the BIOS to verify the additional ram.
If you are the system owner and can verify the account, Dell will have no problem giving you the master reset.
