You battery is bad and needs to be replaced. Cheeck the voltage at the terminals of the battery with the adapter switched ON.
If present and good , then the battery is bad as it is not charging.

My laptops shut down when i put the adapter and doesn't get start up , but it's work normally with betray

Problem description:The laptop shuts off when AC power adapter is plugged in. The laptop works fine on battery power but as soon as you connect it to AC adapter, the laptop turns off.
Possible cause:1. Power adapter failure.
2. Motherboard failure.
Possible troubleshooting steps and repair solution:First of all, test the power adapter. Make sure the adapter outputs correct voltage. It's possible that the output voltage is not correct and the laptop shuts down to prevent the damage. Test your laptop with another known good power adapter.
If the problem still exists, even after replacing the adapter, most likely it's the motherboard failure. Replace the motherboard.

  7. Click Create to accept the values and force the battery to consistently discharge.

Lenovo y410 laptops turns off suddenlty while using it for long hours

hi

is the computer dissipating excessive heat from bottom ? is the heatsink fan working (is it blowing out air from fan on the side ? if not, then replace the heatsink fan. This shut down occurs to advise you that something is not working well , and to avoid damage to the CPU and/or mainboard, its letting you know that.

if the fan is working fine-- are you on the computer while the AC adapter is NOT plugged in ? Are you fully charging the battery before you use the notebook without the AC adapter ? If you are NOT using the AC adapter, running on battery life only, then do this : shut down the notebook, disconnect the power adapter, remove the battery back up from rear of notebook.
reconnect the AC adpater and start the computer -- perform normal function on the computer, run it and work with it for a few hours. if the same issue occurs, (unwanted shut down) , then perhaps the AC adapter is faulty, which is not charging the battery to full capacity.

let me know what happens-- i'd appreciate your feedback w/o receiving bad rating

C700 laptop's display problem

I have the same issue.

Problem appears only while working with power adapter.

When I turn off power adapter (so notebook is working with battary) everything is OK.

It is somehow connected with shutting down. If disconnect power adapter durring shutting down - next time you will have problems with grey screen.

Don't know how to fix it.
Usually solve by making several reboots and to turning on/off power adapter.

Notebook keeps shutting off even with the adapter plugged in

The most common problem for PC's shutting themselves off is due to heating issues. I would check the vent holes on the computer and ensure that they are free of dust. You can turn the comptuer off and use your vaccum to clear the vent holes or better yet use compressed air (available almost anywhere) and blow out all the air. I do have one question though, does your laptop work when it is not plugged into the AC adapter?

Any lights on the A/C power adapter ?? If not, then the power adapter is faulty. If the adapter is OK, the power connector on your Lifebook is faulty. Good luck

Sounds like your ac adapter (brick) is bad and not supplying correct voltage/amperage.
