Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
It seems there are some Power issues.
You just need to check the Power cable whether its connected properly and switch ON.
You can just remove the battery of your laptop and connect the Power cable. Now try to switch ON it should be working fine now.
After some time you can switch it OFF and try to connect the battery again..
