Problem for HP OfficeJet k60 All-In-One InkJet Printer
K60 - scanner failure when faxing.
Have not used the fax feature before. Just used the printer. Tried to send a fax today and it dials, says it is sending and then the screen reads "scanner failure - turn off and restart" doing this does not help. any suggestions?

- Printer has worked fine for years; now has wrong date and time, and when I try to scan or fax, I get a "scanner failure" error...tells me to power down, then turn back on....but no good.
