Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
While we wait for more details you may try this:
1 Power off the computer
2 Power it on and press F8 repeatedly while it is booting
3 You will see a list of boot options; choose "last known good configuration" and press enter.
4 It should then boot normally... if it does,
5 Do a system restore (if your version of windows supports that) to an earlier date when your computer worked perfectly.
If that doesn't solve it, restart the process and when you get to number 3, choose "safe mode"
4. After a successful boot, disable all the startup programs that you can do without there. To do this, use regedit or msconfig depending on your windows version. Be careful when using regedit.
5 Reboot and see. Hope these help.
Meanwhile, it would help a lot to post more details.
