How do i wipe all the information out from a nokia 6085 and return it to the factory settings. Is there a master reset code that will clear all the information from the device so that I can restore all the information back into the device so that it will work properly?

You can't hard-reset it on your own, that can only be done by a Nokia Care Center by flashing the firmware again on the phone.
The phone itself only offers a "soft" reset which only resets the settings.

Enter current Security code and select OK by pressing directly in on the navigation pad.
NOTE: Default Security Code is 12345.
You have the option of using Master Reset or Master Clear to reset settings, and remove information. Master Reset resets all settings on device to factory default.
