Question about SYMA Toys industrial Syma S032 Ready to Fly Gyro

1 Answer

Have a Syma S032 Heli. Is there a guide that shows how the chopter is constructed. My motor works intermediately and before I take apart to try to fix would be nice to have symatic to build back just in case.

My syma s032 helicopter was working fine then i charged it the it flies good for one minute then just stays in a hver position on the ground and it gets short bursts of power now and then

did you try replacing or testing the batteries in the remote yet? I have had my helicopters act funny once in a while and then changed the batteries and then problem cleared up. The remote might not have enough range when power is low.

I have syma s032g flown 6 or 7 times no crashes but it cuts power randomly and not at full power are the moters getting hot and dropping power if so do they make heat sinks for this bird

Having the same problem, something with the reciever or transmiter. Flown about the same 10 times, this just started 2 days ago and had it a month or so. The s032g are not UBS charged. I put new rechagable batties in the controller, nothing, took it apart nothing, unraveled the reciever wire a little (3") and got it going then this morning same problem. I am going to open it up and inspect the reciever to see it the wire came loss. I think it is the transmiter, it seems to happen when lowering the throtle, yellow lite on heli blinks and comes back after drop throttle to 0.

Where can I get replacement parts?

Amazon is the best bet. But many online retailers and some rc/hobby shops stock syma parts. If you don't like amazon, just google "syma s032 parts"...
a word of warning though, the manufacturers and many of the dealers are in Asia, so parts can take 3-6 weeks, and may get held up or lost in customs. Most amazon retailers ship from the USA.

Hope I've helped,

I have a new syma S032 that has only been flown about 10 times. All of a sudden, it won't go higher than 1' off of the ground. The heli has not crashed so I thought it was a battery issue so I purchased...

You're likely doing one of two (or three) things:

Undercharging. Make sure to charge until light on charging unit is fully bright. If the light on the charger gets ANY brighter when you unplug the helicopter, then it's not fully charged. Note that if you are using a usb charger, that most laptop usb ports and front side desktop data ports are not fully powered to the required 5volts DC, and so can take several hours to fully charge the battery.

Over-discharging. Once you cannot maintain altitude, land helicopter and power it off. Draining a Li/Po battery fully, or even close to it, will weaken it's ability to hold a charge, and can ruin it entirely. Not like the old Ni/Cad rechargeable batteries.
Improper care. Batteries should be allowed to cool for 10 minutes after every flight, and 10 minutes after every charge. Like over-discharging, overheating will always weaken, and can destroy your Li/Po battery.

hope this helps let me know
