Critical Error in my Motorola RIZR Z3

Hi...
When i was trying to recover my phone with the removal of RSA protection, the phone dosen't turns on again, i've tried to use the RAMLDR program but it wont let me access, the program Flash & Backup does not acept the flash file and dosen't deleted the memory, even in the P2kEasytool or MsTools8, well not delete the memory, at the mean time in my screen appers an error CRITICAL ERROR 1337 E138, and I dont know how to resolve it...my phone is in Blank Mode, and is the only way that is recognized by the computer...
Can anyone help, or how to do it or where can i found some info about this....
