The procedure to delete spool files are :-

My HP laserjet color 2600n printerhas just started this and now prints with a thin black line on right of page and the colours seem all wrong can I fix it, I have proper HP toners in which are 3/4's used. ...

First try the printer self test as described in the instructions. Then delete the printer driver and reload it. Give the toner cartridges a series of light taps as well. This is about the limit of what you can do.

There is an override sequence and it works well. Press the select button (checkmark) to indicate Main menu. Press right-arrow (RA) to select System Setup. Press Select , then RA to Print Quality, Hit select. RA to Replace supplies and hit Select. Now, RA to Override Out and Select. Confirm with Select again. Your 2600n will now run even with an empty toner cartridge.

2600n hp LASERJET ERROR

Manually turn off the printer and then turn off the computer. Unplug the printer and wait 2 minutes. Plug the printer back in. Turn the computer back on. Im assuming your using Windows XP. Goto Start>Programs>Printers&Faxes>Double click on your printer>highlight any jobs still on the list and press delete.

Now about what caused this error in the first place. I looked at the specs of your printer and you need to make sure that the size of the image that you cropped is within the printer capabilities. Look at the link I attached and scroll down and compare the sizes they list to the sizes you are using.

Good Luck!

Hope this helped!
