Question about Kodak EasyShare DX6340 Zoom Digital Camera
Worked perfectly untill yesterday until i put it in "closeup" mode to take a picture of something and it locked up: the lens will not close when turning it off
when turning it on the green light blinks, the red light is then steady, there is no steady green light. there are 3 BEEPS and then nothing. no lcd picture, will not take pics or video in any mode. the batteries are fresh, will do the same in the dock.
Be sure you are using the right kind of batteries in the camera. Check to see if the device requires NiMh, Lithium, etc. It's not just about getting AA size. Alkaline will probably not work properly, and could cause device malfunction.
