My HP iPAQrx3115 lock up at "Align screen" I tried all the trouble shooting suggestions posted to no avail. Help, what do I do next?

The top digitizer part is defective and needs to be replaced.
Unfortunately, such operation needs to be performed by a experienced technician since requires open the PDA, soldering, and replace the top glass digitize part with the risk of break the LCD screen.
I do recommend you to get a quote for such service.
If you want to try it, there are in Ebay some digitizer parts that are cheap, but you will ned to procure yourself other tools that are needed for the job.
